From business strategies to best practices, Chris & Heather Linton has over fifteen years of developing and perfecting tools to succeed in a variety of industries. Their business knowledge comes from real-world experience, rather than the standard “book” learning often seen in consulting firms.

With a family background in entrepreneurship and small business, they learned the importance of corporate structuring and day-to-day operations in growing a successful business, while taking care to make the customer experience both satisfying and rewarding. As a result, they moved forward to form a successful business.

As their company grew, Heather observed serious deficiencies in other areas of the pool industry. It was then she saw the opportunity to transition and provide services to pool owners that would result in much greater and longer-term benefits to them. Realizing the original build set the foundation for the life of the pool, she applied her strong organizational and communication skills to secure the resources and professional connections needed to offer new pool builds and pool remodels to prospective customers. She and Chris paired their unique individual talents and knowledge to create a widely sought-after pool-company.

The desire to help others is what has spurred them into their current area of business consulting. As others in the pool industry watched their business grow and succeed, Chris & Heather began to field questions from other business owners. They have been delighted to provide suggestions and excited to see others reap the benefits of putting them into practice in their own businesses.

Heather is a member of PHTA (Pool & Hot Tub Alliance), NPC (National Plaster Counsel), and ACI (American Concrete Institute) and she sits on the PHTA Education Committee, NPC Education Committee, and PHTA Writing Committee. She is a CPO, CPI, CMS, & CST Certified Instructor.

Chris, Co-owner at Integrity Consultants, LLC. With a wealth of expertise in repairs, building, construction, electrical work, and remote diagnostics, Chris is the cornerstone of our operations. His exceptional skills extend to customer relations, adeptly handling difficult situations and clients with a calm, solution-focused approach. Chris excels in project management, networking, sales, and providing clear direction, ensuring every project is a success. Holding a TLDR electrical license for Texas, he brings a high level of professionalism and technical proficiency to every job.
